What's the standard length of your profiles and tube?
The standard length of profiles and tubes is 5800mm to accommodate small containers. We can also cut to specific lengths; however, a surcharge for machining and material scrap costs will be applied based on each individual invoice.
What's your MOQ?
We have no minimum order quantity for new customers. However, a surcharge of USD 80 will apply to all orders under USD 1000 to cover custom handling costs.
What is your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight, with T/T being the preferred payment method.
What's the lead time for small order and mass production?
Lead times are 1-3 working days for small orders and 3-10 working days for mass production of materials. Final lead times will be confirmed on each individual invoice.
